Our 12.7MW power station at Eye was the world's first poultry litter fuelled generating plant.
Eye consumes 140,000 tonnes p.a. of chicken litter. The litter is sourced from a large number of farms in the region by a dedicated EPR fuel procurement team.
High quality fertiliser is produced at the plant that is marketed through a group wholly owned subsidiary, Fibrophos.
Operation and maintenance is carried out by EPR Eye. The plant has a long track record of reliable operation.
The plant is located on the Oaksmere Business Park, Eye, Suffolk.
